Ms. Eujon S. Hughes, M.Ed.
CEO/Director/Founder/Accredited & Certified Life Coach
Ms. Hughes is the Founder and Director of Bridging The Gap Life Coaching and Transformation, LLC and Bridging For Change Foundation, Inc. She is an Accredited Life Coach, visionary leader, and passionate advocate committed to empowering individuals and marginalized communities through holistic coaching, mentoring, and philanthropic initiatives.
With a focus on women, youth, and survivors of domestic violence, Ms. Hughes has developed transformative programs that foster resilience, entrepreneurship, and educational access—especially for students pursuing degrees at HBCUs. Her work is rooted in compassion and a deep understanding of trauma, stress, and personal development.
Widely respected for her leadership and impact, Ms. Hughes continues to inspire change and create sustainable pathways for growth, healing, and empowerment.

With a unique combination of community services experience from various nonprofit organizations such as Chairman for March of Dimes, Top Teens of America, Girl Scouts , Junior NAACP, Junior NCNW- (Barbara Jordan) Youth Section and the Kingwood Park Cheerleading Team-Humble ISD and student athlete awareness, Ms. Hughes brings a depth of knowledge and expertise to our team.

Dr. Kimberly “DrKimm” Monette is a visionary leader, process strategist, and faith-based leadership coach with nearly 30 years of experience in public education and organizational development. As Founder and CEO of DrKimm Consulting, she empowers faith-based and educational leaders through her signature 6M Transformation Framework, guiding them toward purposeful, sustainable growth rooted in faith and intentional leadership.

Born and raised in inner-city Chicago, I am a resilient leader, educator, and proud single mother dedicated to empowering others through faith and perseverance. Now in my 17th year in education, I serve as an Assistant Principal, committed to shaping young minds and fostering academic excellence.
As the first in my family to earn a graduate degree, I use my journey—from teen motherhood to educational leadership—to uplift and inspire other mothers and community members. Rooted in faith, purpose, and a deep love for God, I strive to be a source of hope, empowerment, and transformation.
Mrs. Melissa Iwunze, MHA, MBA
Treasurer
Contributing her extensive expertise in financial management, project management, and strategic planning. With 25 years of experience in clinical research, Melissa has a proven track record of managing complex budgets, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing insightful financial analysis to support key decision-making. She actively chairs the Finance Committee and is dedicated to maintaining the organization’s financial stability and long-term sustainability.
